1. Promotion Description

JBW Celebrates America 250 begins on June 15, 2026 at 09:00 (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) and ends on June 30, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) (the “Promotion Period”). By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of JB Warranties, which are final. JB Warranties is solely responsible for the administration of the Campaign. This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or any other social media platforms. Please direct any questions or concerns to JB Warranties.

2. Eligibility

This Campaign is open to residents of United States who are 18+ or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of JB Warranties and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Prize

The following prizes will be awarded:
Gift Cards (Winner(s): a qty of 3 "New Dealers" (registered during this giveaway promotion dates and filled out the contest questionnaire) and 3 "Current Dealers" (registered prior to the beginning of the contest- Who fill Out the associated Questionnaire)
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, JB Warranties reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4. Online Entry

To enter, visit https://jbwarranties.com/america-250-celebration during the Promotion Period and complete the required entry questionnaire. Automated, duplicate, or unauthorized entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within 72 hours after the end date by JB Warranties or its designated representatives. Winners will be notified via email and through our official social media channels the week of August 3rd-7th, 2026. Entrants must confirm their acceptance by email within 48 hours; failure to do so may result in forfeiture. Winners may be required to provide valid identification or additional documentation to claim their prize, and if they fail to do so, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Privacy

By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://jbwarranties.com/privacy-policy. Your information will be used solely for administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Campaign and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas (i.e., where JB Warranties is located, where the Campaign is being administered and where the winners will be selected), regardless of the location of any entrants or participants. Any disputes arising from or related to the Campaign shall be resolved through binding arbitration or other agreed methods.
