OEM WARRANTY PROCESS
OEM will refer distributor/contractor to JBW. JB Warranties will provide the web platform for contractors to manage warranties online. We will also provide OEM with actuarial analysis and reporting on the program.

You'll have a secure portal that provides access to claim requests and history. Additionally, your portal houses marketing & sales material tools that give you the ability to customize pre-built marketing materials. How does that work? Add and save your company logo and information to the document templates directly from inside the platform. Press the submit button and the artwork is saved to your profile for download or order! We also provide you with access to print services that will ship these documents to you ready for deployment.
